"I have hesitated for years to purchase the zipliner. So glad I did. Now I quickly collected 4!!!! Copper brown, blush pink, midnight black and pearl grey. Love them and so unexpected. Caved to the raving about customers loving them and now I love the zipliners"

Great everyday bag

"This bag is fantastic for quick trips to the store (toss it on as a backpack going through checkout - secure but allows you to be hands free to load the belt at Costco!) or longer day trips (side insulated zip always holds a little water bottle and granola bar!). The front zips hold sanitizer, lip balm, keys etc all in super easy reach. Phone pocket is a must. Pills and hand lotion tuck nicely in the inside pockets. So much organization! My only gripe is that the straps cut into my shoulders after wearing for a while especially if I‚Äôve over-stuffed the bag (who would ever do that, right? *wink*). If they could be made thicker, maybe even a little padded, that would be great with my bad back and neck issues (which is why I love this bag to start with - takes all the weight off one shoulder!). :)"

Most compliments ever

"Everyone who sees this bag admires asks about it. My 11yo niece has already asked for it ‚Äúwhen I‚Äôm done with it‚Äù, and when I stop to put it over my shoulders, I see folks checking out (probably wishing they had a way to take load off one shoulder with with own bags!). I have had a back injury and suffer a lot of back pain, so the design of this bag is amazing. Not everyone likes a crossbody (again, just too much weight on one shoulder for me). I would suggest for a ‚Äúnext gen‚Äù that Lug considers making the straps a little wider and add some padding and/or grips to prevent slipping. I also miss the quilting in this design. I have 2 already and eagerly await another! ;P"

Fabulous design!

"I just received this bag this week and admired the design right away. Brought it today as I'm going to a craft show after work and was SO impressed with the convertible feature - got off the bus with it on my shoulder and instantly flipped it into a backpack and away I went! So comfortable and as always, great storage pockets. The inner cooler pocket doesn't take up much space when empty but is large enough for a regular sized plastic water bottle at least plus a couple of granola bars. My only suggestions would be a) make the straps a bit wider and a little padded to make it slightly more comfy as a backpack without affecting the design and 2) bring it out in more colours and prints - I've already ordered a second one!! LOVE this one - homerun, Lug. :D"

Interior water bottle/snack pockets take up too much space

"This bag would be perfect if there was an exterior water bottle pocket pocket and the two snack pockets were removed. As is, it's really hard to get a Macbook Air in and out of the bag as the laptop gets caught on the empty snack pockets. Imagine how great it would be to have a fully functional work bag that converted from tote bag to backpack and looked great."

"So good! I love everything about the bag, pockets and versatility. I actually catch myself converting from purse to backpack and vice versa for absolutely no real reason other than because its fun/satisfying (: However I did notice tonight how the material holds smells. I went out to eat at a restaurant that made my hair and belongings smell like fried. Easy fix for hair and clothes, but don't know what to do about my bag. Hoping it'll air out quickly because I dont want to carry around a grease bucket and I also do not like covering smells with more smells. I wouldn't dare bring this to a bbq or campfire. Unless someone has a neat trick for me? Help a lug newbie out.. Still love it though. Would buy bigger versions if they made them. An overnight/travel bag with this kind of conversion would be amazing."
