Lug Limited Warranty Policy
At Lug, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to Lug products purchased from LugLife.com, LugLive, or authorized Lug retailers.
2-Year Coverage
Lug provides a two-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for manufacturer defects under normal use.
Proof of Purchase Required
You will need valid proof of purchase, your contact information, and photos or documentation of the issue.
Simple Claim Process
If your item qualifies, Lug may repair it, replace it, offer a comparable item, or issue store credit.
Warranty Coverage Overview
Your Lug product is protected by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions.
Common examples of covered defects include:
- Broken zipper during normal use
- Defective hardware or fasteners
- Faulty stitching
- Seam failures
- Defective removable straps or functional components

Warranty Policy Details
Lug provides a two (2) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Examples of manufacturer defects may include:
- Broken zipper under normal use
- Defective hardware
- Faulty stitching
- Failure of seams
- Defective removable straps or functional components
This warranty applies only when the product has been used as intended and under normal conditions.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, fading, or discoloration
- Airline or carrier handling damage
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Overpacking or improper use
- Improper cleaning, storage, or care
- Water damage, mold, or odor
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage to contents inside the bag
Damage caused by airlines, airports, or other carriers must be handled directly with the carrier.
To qualify for warranty service, you must provide:
- Valid proof of purchase from LugLife.com, LugLive, or an authorized Lug retailer
- Your name and contact information
- Photos or documentation of the claimed defect
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale marketplaces, or secondhand sources are not eligible.
If Lug determines, in its sole discretion, that your claim is covered under warranty, Lug will choose one of the following options:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product with the same item
- Replace with a comparable item of equal or lesser value
- Issue LugLife.com or LugLive credit equal to the original purchase price paid
Credit issued will not exceed the original purchase price.
Lug does not provide cash refunds under this warranty.
Replacement items do not extend the original warranty period.
Lug reserves the right to require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a claim.
If a return is required, Lug will provide instructions.
Failure to return the product when requested may result in denial of the claim.
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from LugLife.com or LugLive within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with Lug’s Return Policy.
Warranty claims do not qualify for refunds.
If your Lug product was purchased from an authorized retailer, including QVC, please contact that retailer directly for assistance with returns or exchanges in accordance with their policies.
Warranty claims may still be submitted to Lug if proof of purchase is provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of use
- Loss of contents
- Travel delays or disruption
- Personal property damage
- Economic loss
Lug’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
All warranty claims are evaluated at Lug’s sole discretion.
Lug reserves the right to deny any claim that:
- Does not meet warranty criteria
- Shows signs of misuse or abuse
- Appears fraudulent
- Lacks valid proof of purchase

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
