Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders with subtotals equal or greater than $100. All free shipping offers apply to a single address shipping within Canada and the United States only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the Territories.

What is Lug's shipping policy?

When you place an order on luglife.com, in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 3-5 business days from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays. If you have any questions about specific shipping needs, please fill out our contact form.

What shipping methods are available?

Standard Ground shipping is available through UPS. Orders placed using a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of Lug's choice. Free shipping promotions are excluded in Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.

What locations do you ship?

We currently offer shipping within the USA and Canada only. We do not offer shipping internationally at this time.
