Large Gaps

"This is the first time I have ever written a not so good review for Lug. But I did want to share for others to know that this tote has a design flaw. When the top zipper is closed, there are 2 large openings on both sides. This leaves large holes for items to fall out when the tote is under the seat on an aircraft. Or large holes for pickpocketers to have very easy access. I would have returned this one, but then realized I am stuck paying return fees all the way to Florida. I thought this was a Canadian company. I guess not so much anymore. Extremely disappointed with this design. I won't use this bag. These opening at the top are not shown anywhere on their website. Christmas Gift for my daughter

"Pros. This is a great size travel bag. It is wider than the Soprano bag and will hold much more on the inside. I love that it has a lot of internal pockets as well as side pockets for a water bottle or umbrella. There is a internal hook for keys or to your wallet for extra safety. There is a place for pens and a wide fabric panel that slides over a carry on or suit case handle. I like that I received a free pen with the bag. It was a nice surprise. . Cons: What I don't like is, that the key chain clip isn't long and stretchy like the one in my Soprano bag; that the outside zipper pocket will not fit an iPad like my Soprano bag does. I don't like that when the bag is zipped up there is empty space on each side of the zipper large enough for someone to stick there hand in. The bag needs a cross body strap to keep hands free while travelling. My daughter always gets sick on the plane and it is easier for her when deplaning that she has her hands free. It would be better if the zipper had a safety closure similar to Travelon bags. No sure if she will like it. Maybe the Soprano bag would have been a better choice."
