Disappointed with bag

"I was excited to order this bag in a color I’d wanted for a while, Rosewood Red. I thought it was a restock of an older color. I received a bent and creased return instead. CS was helpful in resolving this. Lesson learned. Don’t order an older style or color and expect a new item. Lug should not advertise returned items in a such a way that leads you to believe they are new. I’ve found this is common with so called restocks."
