30-Day Returns
Most LugLife.com and LugLive purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet eligibility requirements.

Customers who purchase Checkout Plus receive additional protection and return benefits.
Support for Issues
If an item arrives incorrect or defective, claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers who purchased Checkout Plus receive the following return benefits:
- Free return shipping
- No handling fees
- Free exchanges
- Package protection for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
- If a protected package is lost or damaged, Lug will replace the item without requiring a carrier claim
Return Policy Details
Items purchased from LugLife.com or LugLive may be returned if:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All original tags are attached
- All accessories are included
Items must be free of wear, damage, odors, or alterations.
Lug reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Original packaging is preferred but not required.
If accessories, tags, or components are missing, Lug reserves the right to:
- Deny the return
- Deduct a handling fee from the refund
- Customer pays return shipping
- $15 handling fee may apply
- Customer must file claims with the carrier if a return shipment is lost or damaged
Lug is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange through the return portal
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take 5–15 business days to process.
- Exchanges are available through the return portal
- Checkout Plus customers receive free exchanges
- If the new item costs more, the customer pays the difference
- If it costs less, the difference is issued as store credit
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 unless marked Final Sale.

- Items without proof of purchase
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, Lug will provide:
- Free return shipping
- Replacement or resolution
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Defects discovered after use may fall under Lug’s Warranty Policy.
Items purchased from retail stores, QVC, Amazon, or other websites must be returned to the original retailer.
