"This bag is very cute look and I love the way you can scrunch it up. Unfortunately, it did end up being too big for a daily bag for me and didn’t have the structure. I personally need in a work tote. Also, the bag came with a really funky smell to it. Kind of like house paint."

Love it

"I love big bags. This one was no exception and it's by LUG which is also a bonus. I understand people are complaining about the smell when the bag first arrives. I took all the packaging out turned it inside out and let it air out and it smells just fine. I couldn't decide which color I wanted so I got three: Denim Drift Blue, Spearmint Green and Cloud Grey. They are so cute. I love the way the colors take to the each bag. It holds a lot and since I love big bags this is great. Love it. Way to switch it up LUG!!!"

Too Big, Smelly and WHY a Luggage Strap

"I wanted to love this one so much, but there are so many things wrong with this bag that Ami needs to rethink it. The silhouette is perfection, but it is so large for a handbag and why in the world would anybody put a trolley sleeve on it. Can you just go back to making actual handbags instead of huuuuge bags. And I suggest you don’t buy this bag if you’re sensitive to smell because it reeks."

Hobo elevated

"The piper is a beautiful bag. From the fabrication to the way the fabric puddles and gathers. It looks like a bag that should cost 2 to 3 times the cost. I have two in different colours and use them as my work bag (fits 15" laptop with room to spare). They are just gorgeous pieces to add to your collection. You can add shoulder straps, railrun chains, purse scarves and charms to dress them up or down. A must buy bag!"

"It has been more than 3 weeks and I still have not received this item , ordered from the official website Luglife. com. Purchased in Canada. I got the “please review this product” email weeks before the item had even shipped. I would suggest that Lug needs to update its operating system to be in sequence with its actual warehouse/shipping."
