Great overall backpack but the straps on mine would not stay adjusted/shortened

"There's so much about this bag that's amazing. The storage is plentiful and there are so many pockets. Its perfect for carrying all my circus equipment I need to take to the gym/studio. The biggest downside to this back for me was the straps on this backpack. No matter what I do with the keeper or how i pick up the straps, they will NOT stay shortened or adjust and very easily extend with the minimalist amount of pull. The only way I've been able to combat this is literally tying a knot with the remaining strap tail around the keeper and the attached portion of the strap at the level I want it immediately under the buckle. Although I filed a claim, I only received a refund because the color I purchased is no longer in stock (brushed grey)."

"I own the original Summit and now the newer one as well. The new one is a little smaller and why didn't you keep the zipper that goes all the way down, which makes it easier to get into. That is my biggest complaint, other than that I love it."

"I bought the Summit 2 to replace the Puddle Jumper backpack I've had for years. I love that the Summit is larger and doesn't have all those little pockets here and there. The 2 larger pockets on the front just work better for me. I love that the side pockets are now longer/deeper as is the cell phone pocket since phones have gotten larger. I'll only use a backpack when I fly as my personal item and this new Summit is going to be so handy with all the upgraded features."

Lightweight and holds a lot! Great travel bag.

"This is such great bag. It’s a bit large for some airlines as a personal item. (Canada). It’s lightweight and holds a lot. I do wish it had a pocket in the back — which would protect wallets and valuables and maybe easy access while not having to open the main compartment. Great top handle, comfortable to carry. And the print (Luau) is really pretty. Love that light green, I’d love to see more in that shade of green."
