"I am amazed at some of these reviews. It’s just the right size. If it were any bigger I would end up packing too much in it. As it is it fits all of my essentials with room to spare. And it is so comfortable even when I’m sitting in my wheelchair. I thought it might work with the chair and it does."

Waiting for an upgraded model

"Looks great but as hundreds of reviewers have written and/or agreed, it needs a lot of tweaks. If you REALLY read the real reviews Lug then you'll come up with an improved model. I'll for sure buy 1 or 2 (not in crazy patterns or neon). It very well may be the only Lug item left that I want as I have plenty of Lug purses, backpacks, totes & small accessories. You don't have to call it '2' or 'SE' or whatever. Many of your bags are just updated with no name change (Moped, Flutter) & many others are & it's confusing. Perhaps just put a year digit i.e Windail2023 or 2024. Whatever. Practicality & usefulness is what we want, considering the sky-high price increases. Thank you."

Right idea/needs upgrade (depth, colors)

"This is a nice idea for comfort & organization. There's plenty of the same style found on other sites at much lower prices. It needs to be deeper - not FLAT! Add a bottle slot (inside or out), make neutral colors. Been waiting for an upgrade & would buy 2 or 3 with neutral or semi-patterns & depth."

"Way smaller than I would have liked. And doesn’t hold much. Thought about returning it. I’ll keep it for smaller trips like walks. Not worth the price!! Print is pretty and I love the bungee key holder but that’s it."
