Returned and partially refunded

"I'm a guy who purchased the wrong item. When I gave it to my wife she looked at me with confusion as to why I purchased a wallet without the purse. I eventually returned this item and purchased the one she wanted. The return was easy and explained however, I returned it, even returned the FREE pen after receiving it and was still given a partial refund. I did not like this about the return policy, at all. I wrote to Luglife and still haven't heard back. Not happy with the way this was handled, I even explained this in the email."
