smaller than expected

"Smaller than expected, second bag I buy from Lug with measurements described wrong. The Large (zipper area) is taken from the TOP, not the base, this is a Big difference in capacity. My iPad fits too tight, and because of the 12” measurement taken from the top (zipper area), it reduces the capacity a lot! The top handles made in ordinary material, takes a way the beauty of the metallic pearl color. I am very disappointed with this bag which I consider a sale overpriced. It came packed flat, leaving a mark difficult to disappear as you can see in my pics."

Not good quality

"My other Lug bags are great quality. This one looks cheap. The handle on top is so small, I can't carry the bag on my wrist. I have a very small wrist. I'm so disappointed."

"Used it on a recent trip. Always like lug’s phone slot. The bag didn’t have too many compartments. I could easily find what I wanted. Like the wide cross body strap and the choice of the handles."
