smaller than expected

"Smaller than expected, second bag I buy from Lug with measurements described wrong. The Large (zipper area) is taken from the TOP, not the base, this is a Big difference in capacity. My iPad fits too tight, and because of the 12” measurement taken from the top (zipper area), it reduces the capacity a lot! The top handles made in ordinary material, takes a way the beauty of the metallic pearl color. I am very disappointed with this bag which I consider a sale overpriced. It came packed flat, leaving a mark difficult to disappear as you can see in my pics."
