Design Flaws!
"Worst Lug bag I own. I bought it because I wanted the moon berry color which is gorgeous. But the phone pocket is way too long and bends outwards, ruining the line of the bag and leaving openings so your phone is not actually protected. This bag also needed to have dual zips because of the length. My mini hydraflask water bottle does fit inside but whichever end I put it in, it's either in my way when I open the zip or the bag has to be fully opened to grab it. Every other Lug bag I have that doesn't have a small opening, has zips both ways. I do not recommend this and they need to fix the design. I bought it through QVC and cannot return it now that I'm realizing how annoying it is! You can see in my photos how the phone pocket buckles out and this is without the phone in it so I could take the pics, it's worse with my phone in it. Phone pockets are the number one reason I buy lug bags!"
