"Love the Super Coupe 3! The satin luxe gives the bag an elevated look over the regular fabrication for work and going out. I like that the size is also a little bigger due to the fabric when compared to the super coupe in the regular fabrication. And the matching strap completes the bag compared to the regular fabrication."

Where’s my Super Coupe 3?

"Ordered the Super Coupe 3 in black and got sent the Super Coupe 2. Wanted the 3 because it’s bigger than the 2. Wrote to customer service, and they said they will send me the correct bag that I ordered. Today I was excited because I got the replacement bag in the mail. I opened the package and it wasn’t the Super Coupe 3, it was the 2 AGAIN! Will I ever get the 3? Do the people who pack orders not double check what they are packing?"

"The Super coupe is Lugs best design. This is my favourite style. Wish there were olive green and indigo options. I am very pleased with the super coupe 3 redesign having the satin luxe strap."

No live customer service

"I had a problem with the purse that I bought a tour I sent pictures in and everything and a gentleman said that they would give me an $80 credit on the website wasn’t exactly what I wanted since I had paid with a card but that was fine so I went online. I picked out another purse, but before I even had an opportunity. , but before I even had an opportunity to put in the gift card, they charge my account. So I tried to stop the order, but of course they said that it was already being processed, but it was like five minutes after I placed the order so they’re very fast evidently! But regardless of that, they wouldn’t help me in anyway so I ended up getting the purse on Saturday and sending it back on Saturday. However, I did not get my full return. They took approximately $20 out of my return refund so be careful when you order."
