Great bag!

"I love this bag!!! The handle on the top for a quick grab and go and the easy phone pocket with the magnet closure are so handy! This purse holds a lot but is still nice and small to carry around. I can grab it, sholder it or cross body. So many options! I love the clear plastic puches inside the front zipper. I only wish there were a couple more of those. I don't think I'll want a differnt bag for a long time!"

Love the Skeeter but Not the Customer Service Received

"Love the purse, not customer service received. First Skeeter was damaged, claimed under warranty. No response so after 2 weeks with no response wrote again. They then sent a replacement. The replacement was a used purse as it had a return note in it and clump of human hair. Wrote them over 2 weeks ago with my concerns and disappointment and I have not received a response back yet. Very disappointing as I have been a good customer and advocate for Lug, telling everyone about their great products. I feel I can no longer do that."

Perfect Size and Color but Slight Damage

"I absolutely LOVE the color and the size of this bag! I wanted something in between my Ranger and my Skeeter Mini so this is perfect! I love the extra zip pocket in the back compartment, the ocean themed lining inside and the wider strap. I would’ve loved for the zippers on the main compartment to go down just a little bit further but not a big deal. I took one star off because the hardware that holds the charm bar, has had the coating scratched off in the center of the knob. Not crazy noticeable from far away but slightly irritating since that’s not like Lug to send something like that and overtime I’m sure it will wear off even faster. Sending it back to get a new one for that is such a hassle and the color might sell out before then which I don’t want to risk missing out on so I’ll live with it. It’s not functional damage just cosmetic and slight at that. Otherwise I just love this bag!"

Maples Cream Skeeter Convertible Crossbody

"I wish I could write a wonderful review because I do love the style. Two times I wrote to customer service about the stains on the purse. Never heard back from anyone. On the back there is one that looks like a coffee stain. In the front the part above the first pouch is yellow, like a mustard color. I have other Lug bags and love them. Sorry that this one is a disappointment."
