Love the Scoop!

"This is a true go-to bag for trips to the store etc. Big enough to hold a few foldable shopping bags, and essentials. Design note on this model: Am not a fan of the third soft-lined pocket - would rather have the cargo pockets back! But oh well, still like it alot."

Scoop SE is AMAZING but Lug Customer Service was not!

"I have always purchased the Ranger 2 but felt it was a bit too heavy for my neck. I looked at all of the crossbody's but chose this Scoop SE and am very pleased I did! Not only do I find it lighter (likely because it's a bit smaller than the Ranger 2) but I feel a whole lot more organized with the Scoop SE! There are a ton of compartments and the one zippered one at the front holds my Samsung phone super well. Overall I just enjoy the Scoop SE so much more. I purchased in the icepop silver and feel it could work all year round as it goes with anything. My main disappointment was LUG Customer Service!! I received notice that my parcel was arriving but everytime I checked it had not left LUG. I immediately sent a request to Lug through their online form - no one (still) got back to me. I tried to do an online chat but like so many it was just a robot whom was no help. I tried calling Lug Canada Customer Service - the message each time said phone number out of service. I then emailed Lug Customer Service only to be told to fill out an online form on Lug (which was the 1st thing I did!). Seriously, Lug makes it very easy to purchase but at no time could I get help from a person! Instead I had to wait it out for another week and it finally arrived. In summary, as I am sure you can tell. . . I LOVE my LUG Scoop SE but there is ZERO customer service available. I truly hope they use this review as a way to improve because excellent customer service these days is essential and I really did expect that from LUG only to be left feeling very frustrated disappointed. Please improve Lug!"

Where is it?????

"Very disappointed it is taking over 3 weeks to get Lug items even picked up from the packing facility for delivery. Has been getting worse, not better and no one really seems to care. Stopping purchases after this one."
