Unable To Use Iphone Through The Plastic

"I was so excited to receive this because unlike the peek a boo it has card slots and a place for cash. Unfortunately I cannot use my phone through the plastic. My phone works just fine in the peek a boo. Dear Lug please re-do the peek a boo cross body with card slots and a key keeper and bring it out matte lux or satin luxe. It will be a best seller!"

Can’t use phone

"iPhone doesn’t work through the clear window. Defeats the purpose of the bag. I tried everything - filling it to ensure phone was flush against the plastic, changing the sensitivity settings on my phone and phone does absolutely nothing while inside this bag. Also don’t expect to be able to carry anything other than your phone and cards. Even with only these items the bag looks wavy when zipped. This is a big miss as far as the design! Save your money!"

Cute, functional, but not my favorite

"I got the "brights." I love the bright color combination with the white background. it is really nice how I can slip the phone in the pocket on the inside and then use the phone through the clear plastic without taking the bag off. But I honestly like the Peekaboo better. This one is good/cute, but not as much functionality. It has some card slots on the inside and you can put even more cards in a single slot. I stuck my wristband in the center (that I use for work) but the gusset isn't very high on the sides so I am concerned my stuff that I just threw in the center can easily fall out. I'm not sure that I'm supposed to put anything in the middle anyway. I'm keeping it, but it won't be one I buy in the future. I prefer the Coupe, Coupe XL, Hitch, and the Peekaboo (for when I want to use the phone through the plastic). Nice bag if you like the design and don't need to hold much."
