Did not work

"I returned both of the metal straps I bought, and I only received refund for one of them. Frustrated with the entire process. From not having the basic color I wanted, black. To reluctantly trying blue and silver. To returning both straps in the bag they came in, but only receiving refund for one."

camel strap--I don't like

"I'm older and the strap is too heavy. When I ordered my crossbody bag, instead of a long camel color strap I was sent a long zebra print which in my opinion doesn't match. I was very disappointed. I couldn't find a solid camel strap so I ordered this one and I don't like it but it's either this or the zebra print which i don't like."
