Biggest personal Lug mistake

"The reviews about the wrong way zippers should tell you something. You've never addressed this or offered a return & trade or credit. You obviously don't test in real life - just on QVC fake demos. I can't use this, waste of money, no point in donating to a thrift store you'd be deceiving someone else. Cut it up & use the various pieces. I wish I waited for a Tailback return but you deleted it. As another wrote, you brought out the Tailback, then it disappeared, then the backwards Hovercraft, then returned the Tailback. What deception. You delete items completely from your site when they are merely sold out. Please stop that!! Then you brought out the Scurry (a better Archer which we've been asking for for years) then it disappeared with NO explanation. You have no clue as to what works in real life. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES & EMAILS!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!"

Love the front compartments

"This bag is very useful. It has a comfortable nonslip padded strap. I love the multiple compartments on the front. The very bottom compartment can be a little tough to get in. I wonder if putting the zipper on the front of the pocket would be better. I also like having a phone pocket on the backside of sling bags and backpacks so I can feel my phone vibrate. That would be a nice addition if there was a second version. All in all, this is a very functional and good size bag to carry. I will be purchasing another one, or maybe a couple more."

Fun bag but missing stuff to make it more useful

"One, I love that it has the non-slip strap! The tailback needs that. However, I hate that it doesn't have a dedicated phone pocket! And the keyfob would be better in the front pocket. However the low profile and decent width means that it makes a good travel purse since it fits in a carry on well without taking up much room when empty. I love sling bags, so thanks so much for so many that we can have a choice."

Hovercraft re-design please

"The front zippers need to do the other way. Plus, the over-shoulder attachments need to go upwards on the one side. For EDC, this would mean that the sling and be brought sideways the front, and sit horizontally for full and complete access. Plus a sneaky close to the body pocket that is in the back. And one more - a zippered cell phone pocket since we move these back and forth. Please - would buy more than one!"

"I purchased the sling bag when it was first introduced. I really liked the idea as I was using my Hitch belt bag as a sling bag - I did purchase the extender to make this possible. I truly LOVE this new sling bag - Exactly what I was hoping for. Was so happy I went back and purchased 2 more. Thanks so much for bringing us new options."

Great bag but even greater suggestions!!

"Blue Moon - Great bag but even greater ideas/suggestions by reviewers. Totally agree that the front square pocket should have slots & key fob and yes, the zippers should open the other way. I'll by 1 or 2 more if/when the improvements/fixes are made and PLAIN, NEUTRAL COLORS!!! (I too was waiting/hoping for a Windsail re-do but I suppose the Hovercraft covers it). Thx."

Yes, needs 'fixing'....

"Thank you CarolineB, you hit the nail on the head! And there's no video (2 reviewers already wrote) and the 'regular reviewer girls' on YouTube haven't done video reviews. I agree with all and definitely organization makes sense in the front square pocket instead of it being completely empty. I'll also never understand why Lug puts key bungees inside the main compartment of bags - they belong in an outer zip pocket. I may wait for a re-do and like you, I was also waiting for a better Windsail. Maybe this is their answer to that!"

Great design

"So I purchased the sage and blue moon and they are gorgeous. Love the new lighter interiors in both. I haven’t used either yet but have packed them up with what I will need for travel. They are a bit bulky but not heavy. I am thinking they will be ideal for plane and airport travel. Probably great for the parks as well. As far as everyday use I will probably go with another bag. I find it just a little too long of a design on my body. I love the look of it on my back. Front is okay. I do think it looks better on the front hanging lower. Looking forward to trying it out. Nice that it is larger than the design of the archer. I think upon reviewing it not having the bottom eyeglass holder would have been perfect length for me personally. I like the eyeglass holder but might have been ideal to have inside instead."
