Hover Cosmetic Pouch

Good but not perfect

"I wanted this pouch for a long time because I prefer a makeup bag that lays flat. I primarily got this for daily use, not travel (I use my trolley for travel). Pros: nice fabric, easy to wipe clean, good zippers, size is good, holds quite a bit, like the handle on top. Cons: it's not very structured, it does tend to mush down on the sides, so stuff doesn't always stay in when you're fumbling around; the left side brush holders are too tight/too small- it's very hard to get anything in/out. Because the brushes don't fit easily, I am putting smaller items, but items with lids like eyeliner, the lids come off inside the elastic when you pull the item out; that spot should be elastic mesh or or clear vinyl slide in, or maybe just two smaller pockets? Due to this, I'm putting brushes in the mesh zipper attachment. The mesh pocket should either be attached to the left side OR just not be attached. Because it's on the right side (sides about 2 inches tall), when you lay it out while attached, the items in it slide out if unzipped because it lays at an angle. I'm probably going to cut the velcro strips off, they are annoying. For these design reasons, I gave it three stars but could be the perfect bag with some design tweaks."

"Don’t get me wrong I really like LUG, but this bag was the only one they make for makeup brushes so I ordered it. It was disappointing that they don’t have the protection flap that go over the brush heads. The brush handles were very hard to get into the hole b/c there’s plastic there as well. Overall it’s a nice bag, but it would be really nice if they made it w/that in mind."
