Loose buckle

"The buckle loosened by itself in the store and was hanging down to my knees. It won’t stay secure. It garbage now. As it loosened by itself and doesn’t stay secure. Someone in quality control failed me. It’s too late to return."

Belt Part Is Loosens While Wearing It.

"I bought Hitch Matt Luxe. I thought it would be great for travel, but the belt loosens over time and starts to slip down from my waist. The bag part is small, so it can't hold much weight to begin with, but I still had to constantly readjust the belt pretty often which was quite inconvenient during my trip. The belt should be made from a higher-quality as well as Matte Luxe, such as non-slip material. It's disappointing."

"This is a fantastic belt bag!! Love the many pockets and the ease of access! I have 4 of the Matte Luxe fabrication ones and I just received my first nylon one and I absolutely love it! I will say that when wearing it across the chest I do require the extender for it to fit comfortably and I think in the future Lug should either include the extenders with the purchase of the Hitch or make the strap a couple inches longer if possible. Other than that I think this is my favorite larger sized belt bag across all brands!!! Phenomenal quality and of course, on point organization!! Thanks Lug for another home run!!"

High quality belt bag

"I love this belt bag. It has a large capacity with several useful pockets. My iPhone 14 Plus fits perfectly in the phone pocket even with a heavy duty Otterbox case on it. The metal connectors are very durable and all aspects of this bag are very high quality. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a larger belt bag that isn’t too bulky."
