Could be better
"With the zipper not sewn to the bag on the end it is not the easiest to zip and unzip. Also, the shoulder strap doesn't lay very nicely. Mine has an odd shape that I have never been able to fix, and it doesn't lay flat. I specifically bought the bag because of both straps, They needed to add a small ring on the actual strap that would hook on to the big ring. That would allow the bag some flexibility allowing to lay better. Other than those two things I like the bag. This is my first satin luxe. I do prefer the original fabric, but this is okay. I don't think it's luxurious like some say. I'm really struggling with Lug lately. I don't feel they're getting things right."
