"I bought this set to use for my cat figuring if it fit a small dog it would fit him. The collar was too big, even on the smallest adjustment. The leash is nice and sturdy but the buckle is quite heavy. I think the description should say it will not fit a small dog as my cat is larger than my neighbors small dog."
