Very disappointed

"After 3 weeks II am still waiting for my order to arrive! I have reached out to customer service 3 times inquiring about the status of my order and absolutely no response. The products are excellent but the customer service is terrible. I would appreciate someone getting back to me regarding my order. Thank you."

The cost is for ONE tote???

"I have a few of these from several years ago and do love the bags. They're a good size and sturdy and I love how they fold up. . . but come on! The price has gone up SO significantly over the past few years. I was so excited to see you have them back but I will NOT be buy more at this price."

Great bags, but price is now too steep

"I’ve bought many of these bags in past years & use them all of the time (& have gifted many). However, you used to be able to get a set of 3 for $36 pre-COVID (with a drawstring carry case included) & now a single bag costs $30. I know everything has gone up in price, but the increase on these is just too exorbitant for what you get. There really isn’t much too them to justify such a hike. I would rate the bags a “5” & the cost a “1” (hence my average rating of “3”). Perhaps if they bring back the sets of 3 for even $50, I may consider purchasing more… but not at the current price."
