Nice bag, but some issues

"Overall, I like it a lot. I’d call it medium size leaning towards smaller. The Papaya color is a beautiful shade of orange. It’s bright and vibrant, but doesn’t come across like a highway construction cone color. The two main compartments make it easy to organize. It’s the kind of good design you expect from Lug. The crossbody strap is generous as usual. As a plus size woman, I want that extra length, and I can count on that from Lug. A few potential cons to consider are that the strap is nylon and not the same Satin Luxe material as the bag. This doesn’t bother me, but you should make note of it. This bag is incredibly stiff, which forces me to partially unload it to get to my stuff often. The “vegan leather” designation is tricky. While the material feels good and seems high quality, it in no way under the sun feels like or flexes like natural leather. Overall it’s just misleading to use the term leather when that’s not what it is. I wasn’t fooled by the term , but others might be, and it could really disappoint expectations. Lastly, it took me over a month to get this bag. During which time it went on sale for a great discount. I requested it be reshipped at the sale price, but Lug did not honor that request."

Love my new Lug

"I haven’t started to use this yet, but I love the look in teal. I was disappointed to discover that it doesn’t have a bungee key strap inside. My fault for not reading the description well enough. All my other Lug bags have had them, so I made an assumption that I shouldn’t have made. Great bag otherwise!"

Love my little black Luxe!

"This bag is exactly what I was looking for. It holds all my necessities including my kindle. It looks gorgeous and doesn't fall in front of me when I'm shopping and lean forward. I love the phone pocket and the double zipper pockets. I know where everything is at all times. I'm so happy with this purchase!"
