"I am extremely disappointed - placed my order on May 8th, today is May 22, and I still have NOT rec'd my order. I was very excited to get my new LUG bags, however nothing arrived to me here in Canada. LUG should have a better, more reliable, faster shipping company for orders coming into Canada; after all AMI & JASON started their business in Markham Ontario Canada - BEWARE fellow Canadians, your order may be lost. : ("

Love Bag

"Love this bag. Bought it in Metallic indigo 2, this is the first time I have seen the fabric start to fail in less than 6 months. I am using black and navy sharpie to cover the corners and edges to keep bag usable. Metallic is weak compared to regular fabric."

"I love the colours of this type. I have the purple berry, spiced orange and am waiting for the wine red. I enjoy the size of this bag as it allows me to use my wallets. There is lots of room for my essentials and then some."

Dash crossbody

"I ordered the spice orange. The color is really nice. My Dash had some issues from shipping or warehouse storage unfortunately. It was folded and creased making it unusable. Customer service resolved the issue."

Tiny

"Cute, but absolutely too small. I don't carry much, but this is too small for an everyday bag. My average-sized phone barely fits in the phone slot. Also, there needs to be something that keeps the strap together/in place. It is cumbersome as it separates with regular use. My favorite bag ever was the Pacer! I wish it still came in a variety of colors!!!"
