Missing one thing

"I purchased the coupe2 after previously owning another lug cross body bag which I loved but sadly the lining was coming from the exterior and after glueing it a couple of times I had to admit it was done. No complaints it got A LOT of use. So the coupe2 is a great size holds my phone keys little change purse and a credit card holder but in saying that this is my only issue. There are no slots for credit cards your cash or change but otherwise It’s great!!"

Received the wrong item

"I was so excited to gift this item as I love the one I was gifted, but was so disappointed for the not only lengthy shipping process, but then to receive the wrong item & wait over a week to hear back from costumer service. In spite of my best efforts (& ordering on Black Friday), I had no gift to give my sister & have still not have the issue resolved."
