"The last Lug bags I purchased are very nice. I was looking for a smaller bag to take on vacation. However, I thought I was ordering from a Canadian site. Turns out, unbeknownst to me, that my bags came from a location in Florida. They were very hard to track, vanished from the tracking view and appeared to be lost for several days. The people I spoke to regarding my “lost” parcel were as pleasant and helpful as they could be but had I known this was a cross border order I probably would have chosen something more local given the extra delivery time required."
