My only wish is that I could remove the strap and switch it to a shoulder strap so I can use this more often!"

Quality

"I am not fond of the interior plastic pockets, my previous lug bag interior had fabric pockets. The exterior base should have protective feet. Also, suede lining within some pockets seems flimsy, not the quality I had with my previous bag. However, the camouflage exterior is beautiful and with the few rather negatives I mentioned still I would never give up my lug bag - light weight, perfect for travel. 😊"

"This bag is a really good size. Amy would add an inch more to the depth (underneath/bottom) I would say this would be the best. Ag ever. That is my only complaint. It would make the bag more spacious. Thank you. was one inch"

Big & Practical

"This is a big bag with lots of space and pockets and despite this, I'm glad it doesn't look like a diaper bag although it can certainly be used as one. Would be great for long days out and travel. The water bottle holders fit my largest bottles, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the colour (on the zippers) and fabric pattern I got were different than the one shown online. I liked the one online better. Not a big deal as the bag is still great and they quickly rectified the issue. They honestly have the best customer service I've experienced. Nothing ever to worry about when buying Lug!"

"Room for everything I want in a bag - water bottle, 2 pairs of glasses, large or small wallet, small items when I forget my reusable shopping bag. Improvements would be to add the plastic base cover and little feet. I like the wide adjustable shoulder strap for cross body or same side."
