I paid for Two items

"I paid for Two items but only received one item. I sent an email to LUG and followed up with a phone message regarding the issue. No one in the LUG company has followed up on the issue. There is no Customer Service and no one on the other end of a phone to actually talk to. While the LUG products are well made, I will no longer support the company with purchases."

These are so cute!

"I love these little cases -- they are adorable. I ordered them in rose gold and am absolutely in love with this colour -- so soft and luxurious looking. They are perfect for storing my smaller toiletries in. The shipping time on these was disappointing, but they eventually arrived."

Missing item

"I ordered this two piece set a month ago. My card has been charged and I have only received one of the items. I have called customer service-it disconnected before I could talk to anyone. I habe written several emails. I get canned responses including the case was “closed” with no action. Worst customer service ever. I have paid for an item I may never see. Don’t order from this site."

Handy storage

"Just the right size to put items in to keep them organized. I have 4 of these. One is in my car in my console and holds a first aid kit, manicure kit. Another one is in my dresser drawer and holds my knee high nylons and the other two organize my meds and beauty products. Handy item."

Missing item

"I have sent emails and tried to call but every time I don’t get through …. They hang up. I only got 1?piece instead of 2. That after waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a paid order.,Very poor customer service. My 2 piece set came as a 1 piece set at a ridiculous price."

Would buy if they were sold individually!

"Love the size and shape of these but would much rather be able to buy individually than have two matching that I can’t tell apart. I won’t know which contains what until I open them, unless I label them! - frustrating time waster I imagine. Sure I could give one as gift, but expensive and I lose ability to choose for each person’s taste. Plus the patterns are pretty, and there’s more than one I’d like, so.. Please sell these solo and I’ll buy several for myself and friends!"
