As a family brand, the holidays are a busy and exciting time. Having the opportunity to be a part of your magical holiday moments is something we don’t take lightly. We continue to strive for excellence in not only our quality but in our service and transparency.

Unfortunately, this year has resulted in a crazier than normal holiday season for many businesses due to a backed-up supply chain and shipping delay. With factory shutdowns, labor shortages, and clogged ports, companies and consumers have been in “panic mode” as we’ve been forced to prepare for the holidays much earlier than ever before.

If you haven’t already, we strongly encourage purchasing your gifts as soon as possible in order to provide you with the best delivery experience. Unfortunately, delivery carriers have warned us of delays much more significant than in years past, and things are not looking like they are getting any better. In order to receive the best delivery experience, please place your order by December 15th.
