To enter the Lug: Destination D23 Preferred Ticket Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules ("Official Rules").
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
WINNERS MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE PRIZE EVENT ON DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR, CURRENTLY ANTICIPATED TO BE AUGUST 29 – AUGUST 31, 2025
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are:
(a) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia;
(b) who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.
Entrants must not be employees, and their immediate family members or household members of Lug, subsidiary, and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sponsor
The Sponsor of this sweepstakes is Lug (luglife.com), located in Orlando, FL. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Disney, D23 or Destination D23.
3. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins at 1:00 PM EST on August 18, 2025, and ends at 5:00PM EST on August 25, 2025.
4. How to Enter
During the sweepstakes period, there are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes: Primary Entry Method – Content Creation (Instagram or TikTok):- Post a video or Reel on Instagram or TikTok showcasing your favorite Lug bag or sharing why you love Lug.
- Tag @LugLife (on Instagram) or @OfficialLug (on TikTok) in your caption and include the hashtags #LugLife and #LugD23.
- Follow @LugLife (on Instagram) or @OfficialLug (on TikTok) on the platform where you are posting – This will count as your main entry.
Alternate Entry Method – Social Engagement (No Content Required):
- Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.
- Follow @LugLife.
- Tag at least one friend who loves Disney + Lug in the comments of the giveaway post.
– This method ensures you can enter without creating content.
Bonus Entries:
- Each additional tagged friend in the comments on the official giveaway post counts as one (1) additional entry. Unlimited entries allowed.
- Completing the Content Creation Entry (posting a video/Reel with the required tags/hashtags) will double all of your entries (e.g., 1 primary entry + 5 bonus friend tags = 6 total entries x2 = 12 total entries).
Additional Rules:
Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Any entries that do not conform to or violate the Official Rules, or are submitted in a manner other than what is stated in the Official Rules, will also be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
Three (3) potential winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted on or about August 25, 2025. The sweepstake is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on Lug's social media channels on August 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. Winners will be contacted and will have to respond within three (3) business days from the date of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. The winner is responsible for paying all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
7. Prize
Three (3) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. Each winner will receive one (1) Preferred Ticket to Destination D23 presented by Lug: A Journey Around The Worlds of Disney (currently scheduled to take place August 29-31, 2025) and one (1) exclusive Lug VIP swag bag, which must be picked up at the Lug booth during the event.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person, family, or household. All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion if the advertised prize is unavailable. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prize components.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants to the Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to the Sponsor's authority, the right to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Publicity Release and Disclaimers
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Disney, D23, or Destination D23.
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless TikTok, Disney, D23, Destination D23, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any and all liability connected with this Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or fraudulent in the Sponsor's sole discretion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes.
All disputes related to this giveaway will be resolved individually by arbitration, not through a class action lawsuit. Any claims or awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, and entrants waive their right to seek punitive or other damages.
