For 20 years, our incredible LugNut community has been at the heart of everything we do. Your passion, feedback, stories, and love for color and function have fueled our creativity and inspired countless designs.
One example we always come back to is the Coupe XL, a direct result of our LugNut community asking for a roomier version of the beloved original Coupe. You loved the organization and convertibility so much that “bigger, please!” became the clear next step. And today, the newest Coupe XL Plus even features the Charm Bar, giving you a fresh way to personalize your carry with our Lug Charms.

This year brought exciting collaborations and creative partnerships, from the Care Bears x Lug Collection to the Wicked: For Good x Lug Collection, each one sparking new ideas across our design team. These colorful co-branded launches let us celebrate storytelling, nostalgia, and personality in ways that feel authentically “Lug.”

Gratitude for 20 Years of Lug
As we celebrate 20 years in business, we’re reflecting on the milestones that shaped who we are today. From the Puddle Jumper Tote that sold out in just two minutes on QVC in 2015 to our Legacy Collection, which brings back fan-favorite silhouettes, every milestone represents a moment shared with you.
From our longtime QVC viewers to our newer TikTok LIVE fans discovering Lug for the first time, we’re grateful for every member of our community, whether you’ve been with us for decades or just joined the journey. And speaking of iconic designs… the Puddle Jumper story continues. Whether it’s the Puddle Jumper Tote, the Puddle Jumper Backpack, or the Puddle Jumper 2 Duffel, each version has become a staple for Lug fans. And yes… stay tuned for the cutest Puddle Jumper yet arriving this December!

Lug wouldn’t be what it is without the dedicated team working behind the scenes. Our designers (both graphic and product), warehouse crew, photographers, coordinators, LIVE hosts, and content creators, every person plays a vital role in bringing our products to life.
Across the U.S. and Canada, our team works passionately to deliver the most colorful and functional products we can. Whether it’s packing up our Wicked display stands and shipping them across the country for our LA event or preparing hundreds of Halloween Mystery Boxes in record time, their dedication shines through.
We’re grateful for their talent, passion, and heart, qualities you can feel in every product we create.
