Looking Back on a Colorful 2025
From magical moments with our Wicked: For Good Collection to the nostalgic cheer of our Care Bears Collection, 2025 was a year full of creativity, color, and exploring new territories. We also launched our first-ever Warner Bros. Discovery Collaboration this December, bringing extra holiday cheer through holiday movie-inspired designs.
Landing the Warner Bros. licence is opening the door to even more iconic stories and character-inspired designs still to come. Your enthusiasm for these collaborations has truly been one of the highlights of our year. From selling out the Care Bears Skeeter during a TikTok Live to celebrating 20 years of living life in color with our Legacy Collection, this year reminded us why we do what we do. Whether you’re an OG LugNut or just discovering Lug through TikTok, our community is truly what makes Lug… Lug. We’re grateful to every single person who has been part of the journey.

This year has changed me in the most profound way possible. I lost my beloved husband Richard. He was my everything. We were married for 32 years. Trying to navigate through this life without the other half of my soul is excruciating. Getting through occasions and holidays especially Christmas, is really hard. As each day passes, I am reminded of my many wonderful memories. We loved all-things Christmas.
I want you to know that Lug was a part of this heartbreaking journey as I carried Lug bags daily to and from appointments, to the emergency room, during treatments and at the hospital. Lug kept me organized and there was always a certain comfort in just having what I needed every day. So oftened my Hatchback Backpack was a pillow and I hugged on it often as I was alone feeling desperate for hugs. Part of the reason I constantly ask Ami for new Hatchbacks during LugLive shows.
Congratulations on a spectacular year for Lug brand. I’m looking forward to seeing all the new in 2026.
