Are your bags RFID protected?

Only specific Lug bags are RFID protected. In our Lug products, an interior black RFID tag indicates the protected area.

How do I return my purchase?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, QVC return policy allows you to send back the merchandise using the return label within 30 days of the date you received the package. For more details, please visit the QVC return policy page: http://www.qvc.com/FAQReturns.content.html

Does my Lug bag have warranty?

Lug offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear, included that caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered under our policy. Are the QVC Lug products the same as the ones you sell on your Lug website?

Most of them are. However, some Lug bags on QVC have additional features or are offered in different colors. If you would like to inquire about a specific Lug bag, please contact customercare@luglife.com
