When you place an order on luglife.com, in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 72 business hours from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays.* If you have any questions about specific shipping needs, please email us at customercare@luglife.com

- Due to the seasonal increase in orders please expect a delay from our normal policy up to 3 business days for orders to arrive.

- The Lug office and shipping department will be closed from 12/24/2015 - 01/03/2016. Please note that orders placed between these times will begin shipping on 01/04/2016. Arrival dates may be delayed while we process the queued orders.


WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Currently we offer UPS Ground Service. PO Box and rural areas may be shipped using Canada Post. Orders placed using a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of Lug's choice. Free shipping promotions are subject to limitations in remote locations.

We currently offer shipping within the USA and Canada only. We do not offer shipping internationally at this time.
