Just what I was looking for......

I happen to visit Ottawa recently and while shopping in Kanata I found this bag in one book shop. Debated for 15 mts to buy or no....believe me, I made the correct decision. It’s a user friendly bag...I especially like the plastic bottom as it allows me to use in any surface. I would reserve this for my travel purpose only and using for office purpose not a bad idea too. My friends and colleagues just loved it. Thanks Lug for making such a beautiful and useful product.

Love it!

I bought this as a "clinical bag" - as a Community Health Registered Nurse, I need a bag where I can organize all my stuff - stethoscope and other medical devices, binders, files, pens, paper, blackberry, etc. and even my lunch! I love the "rubberized" inner open pocket where I put my water bottle - the material stops any condensation from leaking onto other stuff. Re: the "rigid plastic bottem" that Mary didn't appreciate: I can place my bag on top of any surface, and nothing leaks in...a quick wipe gets it clean again...perfect for my career! The bottom also helps it to stay upright when I'm driving. The bag is also the perfect size...any bigger and I could fill it to the point of it being too heavy for comfort. Any smaller and it wouldn't hold binders and files. The heavy-duty zipper that closes that bag is great for being in public with my confidential files...no prying eyes looking in. I have yet to use it for airline travel, but will soon, and look forward to just sliding it over the handle of my suitcase. I am hooked! I've now got 3 Lug bags...thanks for making such a practical and fabulous-looking product.

Fits on handle of carry-on beautifullly
Has deep safe compartments with zippers, pouches--extremely useful to flights. Most important papers can be safe inside the zippered section next to the attachment piece. No one can quickly grab this when it's put on your carry-on

Briefcase with rigid bottom

This is basically a very nice briefcase, with plenty of storage pockets. It's larger and wider than it appears in the photos, for some reason. Be aware, it has a large and very rigid plastic bottom which is not really visible in the photos and which makes the bag awkward and uncomfortable to lug! I bought mine on line and am returning it, only because of the rigid plastic bottom. Other than that, it's great.
