At Lug, our return policy is simple: If you aren’t 100% happy, then we aren’t happy. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase
ONLINE ORDER RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT OR INVOICE.
Unused merchandise, with original tags and packaging, may be returned within 30 days from the ship date with proof of purchase for a complete refund to the credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping cost, or for an exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return merchandise which are not packaged in the original packaging or are missing tags or accessories.
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the time we receive your item for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from receipt of purchase. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see below) posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Please fill out the LUG return/exchange form or a LUG exchange form: completely enclose appropriate form above with the item(s) you are returning AND send a copy electronically to kirill@luglife.com or faxed to 214-242-4008.
Returns and exchanges must be sent by an insured carrier for tracking purposes. Customers must pay all costs related to return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Your shipment must besent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries or Overnight Express.

A Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization number is required for all merchandise returns and exchanges and must be clearly posted on the outside of the box or package. Please indicate your order number and the specific merchandise being returned or exchanged.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return via the process mentioned above. Please include the original sales receipt. If the Returns Processing Department deems your return merchandise to be defective, shipping charges related to the return will be credited on the same credit card used for shipping. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
RETURNS WITH A GIFT RECEIPT
A LUG item received as a gift can be exchanged or merchandise credit if it is accompanied by a Gift receipt or Packing slip. Contact kirill@luglife.com to begin the return process and Thank you for shopping at LUG.

INDIVIDUAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Individual customers who wish to return unused merchandise must return to the original store of purchase. Lug does not accept customer returns on behalf of a retail store.
If you are a customer who is unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, bring your purchase back to the store of purchase for either a refund, credit or a replacement (depending on the store's policies). If the store is unable to accept the return, please fill out the LUG individual exchange form completely and enclose it with the item that needs to be replaced. Please include the original sales receipt. Note, Lug will not offer any refund or credit memo to individual customers. Lug will only replace your purchase with the same style and color as the original purchase.

Attention Lug Retailers
RETAILER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

An additional 10% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise with tags not in original condition and/or missing poly bags. Retailer must pay all costs related to return/exchange shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If your customer is unsatisfied with the quality of their purchase, please contact us directly. A call tag may be issued to retrieve the defective merchandise from your store. If the LUG Retailer Returns Processing Department deems your return merchandise to be defective, a credit or exchange will be offered.
